Congratulations to Blair Dickey for his recent Fire Investigator Certification through the State of Iowa.  Blair spent two weeks in schooling and then completed his field work investigations and had them sent in to the state.  Blair was notified recently that he had passed the examination and his investigation reports had been reviewed and approved and was certified as a Fire Investigator.  Congratulations to Blair on this accomplishment.
